- Overnight: Flat rate $16.00 or 10% of your order, whichever is greater.

Fast delivery using FedEx Ground Service: At 2LiveHerbal, we process your orders promptly and use FedEx Ground shipping to get your products to you without delay. Deliver normally takes between 3-5 business days. If you require urgent delivery, pleas make use of the faster shipping options at checkout.

Shipping Tips:
Overnight Orders are delivered Monday through Friday.
2nd Day Orders are delivered Monday through Friday.
Ground Orders are delivered Tuesday through Saturday.
Orders submitted after Friday 12pm are considered submitted on Monday.
Overnight and 2nd Day orders are not delivered on weekends (Sat & Sun).
Ground orders are not delivered on Mondays.
National Herbalife Warehouse procedures:
- No P.O. Box's. FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes. All addresses must be a physical address.
- Orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped same day during normal operation.*
- Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the next day during normal operation.*
- * exceptions: Holidays, end of month and weekend rush may delay the Herbalife warehouse from shipping by up to 1 business day.
- Once your order has been processed, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order thoroughly.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; although we work with you, FedEx & Herbalife to get it replaced.
- Warehouse shipping days are Monday - Friday.
International Orders (outside United States of America) We do not accept International orders.
Damaged Merchandise: Products leaving our warehouse are fully inspected prior to packaging to ensure that there are no damages to our products. In the event you receive damaged merchandise, please retain the original shipping carton and contact FedEx immediately (800-463-3339) to obtain an inspection report. Ask FedEx to return the merchandise (receipt enclosed) to us. Under no circumstances should you attempt to return the merchandise yourself. This is for your own protection since the products contained are consumables. FedEx offers up to 15 days to file a claim for Damaged shipment.
Lost Merchandise: On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit. If this occurs, your order will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced by FedEx. Upon notification of a non-delivery from the carrier, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced. Until then, we will assist you in your claims with FedEx but once shipment is handed over to FedEx, their operations are beyond our control here at 2LiveHerbal. FedEx allows up to 45 days to file a claim for lost merchandise. We pressure them to resolve it within 10 business days after your claim with us.
Delivery disputes: FedEx shows package was Delivered but I do not have it!?! It is standard Fedex procedure to leave packaged unattended without signature if FedEx delivery person feels it is safe and no one is home. For this reason, we offer customers an option to choose 'signature required' for their packages at checkout.
If you have not chosen this option and FedEx indicates that delivery was completed, please check the vicinity of your property. FedEx delivery person may have placed it somewhere he/she deemed
safe. This may be a place that you may have overlooked therefore we ask that you ask yourself where would be a good spot to place the package hidden from public view shall no one is home to receive shipment.
IF you still cannot find the package, we will initiate a driver follow-up where the FedEx Driver will be dispatched to investigate further. We request that you allow us 10 business days to offer resolution to you from the day we are notified of this.
Sales Tax: As Herbalife distributors, sales tax is charged for each order we place with Herbalife to be directly shipped to you. While we absorb the costs of both actual Shipping charges (for orders that qualify) and Herbalife warehouse handling fees, sales tax is not absorbed by 2LiveHerbal since this varies from state to state. The tax table below offers a guide which explains how Herbalife collects taxes on their products under contractual law with each State.
Sales Tax will be added according to your state sales tax rate. Sales tax is applied to the total retail amount of the order, not including shipping and handling charges (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates. In the event that additional charges may apply, we may make modifications to your order and notify you after the order is processed.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:
- Step 1. Contact us via email at help@2liveherbal.com or call us at (469) 619-8961 to obtain return instructions.
- Step 2. Upon receiving your return/exchange request, we will send you 2 forms to complete and sign: (1) Retail Order Form and (2) Customer Request for Return Form.
- Step 3. Send us the product(s) for return/exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Mail all returns with documentation as described above to the address provided in return correspondence with 2liveherbal. Email or call us for this information.
- Step 4. DO NOT mail back the product(s) to the address on the shipping label that your order came with. Doing so will delay your refund and may carry additional shipping charges.
Once your shipment is received, 2liveherbal.com will process the appropriate refund promptly. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Due to our low product pricing and discounts storewide, if your order was shipped for free, we can only credit back your order less any shipping & handling incurred to fulfill your order. For example, if your order is $50 + $3 sales tax (with free ground shipping), we will credit back $50 + $3 less $8 flat rate for ground shipping = $45 total refund.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
